In chapter 8 of A. W. Tozer’s book The Purpose of Man, the author states, “Real worship, among other things, is a feeling in the heart.”
What part do emotions, feelings, and experience have as it relates to worship? Does the heart “feel” or is the heart of man separated from feelings? Will worship always produce an emotional response? Can emotional responses be trusted?
