The payment system is handled solely by Paypal. If the confirmation page says “Pending” or “Failed” it means that the transaction did not go through. Paypal has automated rules and restrictions in their system with regards to credit and debit cards so “Pending” and “Failed” payments are simply out of our control.
What should you do when payment is incomplete? Try another debit or credit card. Or contact Paypal support to get more help.
