Final Assessment Project
This assessment will be completed on a character/person the student read about, watched a movie on, or interviewed. He/she will write up the case history and then design a personalized treatment plan. The student will make sure to include any pertinent information in the case history so the treatment plan is clearly justified. The student must also consider relapse issues while designing the treatment plan. This assignment must follow current APA format.
