MGMT 625 Project Management Plan Assignment

Using Microsoft Word, the student will create a Project Management Plan for a construction, IT, higher education, city government, or healthcare-related project. The plan must include: a project description; project scope, cost, and objectives; team roles and responsibilities; key stakeholders for the project; assumptions and constriants; a communication management plan; a risk management plan; and a change management plan. The Project Management Plan must be 8–10 pages and include a cover page and table of contents (not included in the page count).
