This is an opportunity for you to engage a small group of people to resource this work and to begin thinking about the ecosystem of formational elements. This type of scan looks at ministry groups to determine connections, disconnections, and ecological impact of growth within the group. You will be crafting a document that is comprised of three sections including, Ecological Analysis, Cultural Identity, and Group Dynamics.
Analyzing culture and identity, group dynamics, and congregational/ministry ecology using the information provided in the Studying Congregations website.
You will also diagram connections within the ministry, nested connections, and networks that influence ministry members.
You should reference between 3-10 sources for this analysis, look for patterns of influences on formation, and provide some initial analytical overview in your conclusion. This section should be between 3-4 pages, not including the title page and bibliography. Current Turabian format must be used and paper must be double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font. You should continue to refine and revise each section until final submission.
